Mode of action

Reversa® Vario/Vario Plus Promaster lumbar belt compresses the abdomen, which encourages chest breathing. The body becomes more erect and there is a favourable shift in the body‘s centre of the gravity. Strain is taken off the back musculature and the iliosacral joints, the sacrum and the transition to the lumbar spine are stabilised. The stabilising and pain-relieving effect of the orthosis is effectively supported when using a pad (Reversa Vario PROMASTER only). The position of the pad can be adjusted to individual body shapes with the aid of a VELCRO® Brand strip.
